Why Mentee
Monday exists
Rafael Reyes did not enter real estate with much of an advantage. Raised in Boston, he was raising a family and working a nine-to-five when he lost his father in 2019. The reflection that followed pushed him to build something that could outlast a job, and real estate became the vehicle for it, without a mentor, a pipeline of leads, or an audience waiting for him.
He built the relationships himself, posting consistently long before the results showed up. Nine years in, there was still never an experienced voice beside him explaining which mistakes to avoid or what a sustainable business actually looks like. Mentee Monday is the perspective he had to develop alone, made available to people still finding their footing.
